Activia Belgium has been active in Belgium since 1995, as a Property Services Company and providing associated Corporate Services. Acting mostly for foreign investors in the Brussels property market, as well as foreign occupants.

 

The services provided ranged from Management of Property Portfolios, Letting Agency, and Technical Services to Corporate Management and Investment advice,

The company subsequently branched into property development and investments, as well as more general corporate consulting, which today are the main activities of the company.

 

The company has an active role in Corporate Real Estate Services, assisting corporates and occupiers in their search for suitable offices, or negotiating the terms for their existing premises.

 

The company has since 2016 been developing a new concept of furnished offices, the “Club Office Centers”. The first such business centre, strategically located at a junction on the north ring of Brussels, is opening in April 2018. Activia, in addition to being the promotor, is also doing the management of the office centres.

Management

 

Activia Belgium is managed by Thomas Runsbech, with 35 years of international experience from Europe and Asia. Experienced in the areas of corporate banking and finance, corporate management, as well as all aspects of real estate services, investment and development.
